Exchanges and returns


Cap too big or too small? Don't like it? No problem! EU-Customers have a 30 days cancellation right.
 
How to return or exchange your order:
 
1. Step: Write us an email an support@re-hats.com with your order number and your return request.
 
2. Step:  You will receive a return receipt from us. Packing the goods as they were received
and attach the return receipt or invoice with completed revocation.
 
3. Step:Send the package stamped back to our return address  (see below).

For example here you can find cheap parcel stamp and print it at home, , at DHL.
Please note that we cannot accept non-free shipments. We are a small  and sustainable company, the processing
of returns already costs us a lot of money. In addition we will reimburse you  for the costs of the shipping to you (in case of full returns.

4. Step: We will refund you the order amount including any paid shipping fees or the item purchase price
in case of partial returns via the original payment method (i.e.r. not later than 7 days after goods receipt).
